1) Go to the following dir
C:\System\Apps\Phone\Oplogo

2) Delete all file in this directory

3) Restart the phone

hi mate,this review is very old now and i bevilee back then they used longer, higher capacity batteries ..plus battery life will differ from one person to the next depending on how much that person uses it.i have heard quite a few people now say they have had problems when buying the intellicig from a shop contact the actual website and see if they can help you maybe?cheersscott
